RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You may return any Rug or Bedding within 15 days from the shipment date (invoice date) with written permission from The Purple Pine Tree Co. You are responsible for return shipping and we charge a 15% restocking fee. All manufacturing defects must be reported to The Purple Pine Tree Company within 15 days.
